Getting started

What is Covo?

Snap a photo of your room, pick a direction (a style, a mood, or an inspiration photo), and Covo generates a redesigned version of your room — then shows real products that match, so you can shop the look.

Do I need an account?

No. Covo works without sign-in, an email, or a password — you can start right away.

Subscription & billing

How much does it cost?

Your first design is free. After that, Covo is $9.99/month or $39.99/year for unlimited designs. Prices shown in the App and App Store at the time of purchase apply and may vary by region.

How do I cancel?

Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, select Covo, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current period.

How do I get a refund?

All billing is handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com — we can't issue App Store refunds ourselves.

Products & shopping

Are the products exact matches?

They're visually similar suggestions, not exact matches. Prices and availability are provided by Amazon and may change — the price shown on Amazon at checkout is the one that applies.

Your data

How do I delete my data?

You can delete an individual project in the App at any time. To erase all of your stored data at once, email us at hello@appcovo.com and we'll delete it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
